The sky becomes reflective, electronics malfunction, and all children born afterward possess unusual metaphysical abilities. Civilization has deteriorated significantly. Amid these changes, a secretive organization of young, powerful individuals operates under a leader called The Countess, aiming to rebuild the world. The narrative follows Tatsuya and Kiyoko, siblings whose parent worked at the facility where the incident occurred.
