An explosion at an archaeological research site in the Middle East leads to global anomalies. The sky becomes reflective, electronics malfunction, and all children born afterward possess unusual metaphysical abilities. Civilization has deteriorated significantly. Amid these changes, a secretive organization of young, powerful individuals operates under a leader called The Countess, aiming to rebuild the world. The narrative follows Tatsuya and Kiyoko, siblings whose parent worked at the facility where the incident occurred.
