A young man in Naples, Giorno Giovanna, is born with the same bloodline as DIO, the Joestar family's archrival. Persecuted from a young age, he turns to a life of crime. A criminal who rescues and mentors him helps Giorno regain faith in people, and a group of loyal, principled gangsters guide him toward reform.
