Kowarekake no Orgel

In 2039, helper androids are common household appliances. Keiichiro, who lost his family in a traffic accident and left his band, discovers an outdated android in a landfill. After attempting repairs, he is told she is beyond fixing and intends to discard her, but the following day, he finds her preparing breakfast. The story depicts their summer together as the android, lacking memory, and Keiichiro, without dreams, spend time together. Originally released as an independent OVA, the work later received a theatrical release with some differences and a longer runtime.
