A virus king named Ungrar has broken free from his confinement in Vaccine World. A deity named Maya dispatches Mugimaru to Earth to locate a human capable of embracing Vaccine World's powers and becoming the Magical Nurse. Komugi Nakahara, a cheerful, laid-back, and often distracted teenager who aspires to be a cosplay idol, is chosen for the role. She juggles her ambitions with responsibilities at the Kiri-Pro Promotion Company and confronts Ungrar’s follower, the Magical Maid Koyori. The series presents a humorous take on these events.
