Three decades after the Burnish, a species of fire-powered mutants, devastated much of the world, a new faction known as the Mad Burnish emerges. This aggressive group reignites conflict, leading to a confrontation between Lio Fotia, their leader, and Galo Thymos, a rookie member of the anti-Burnish group Burning Rescue.
