Shinigami no Ballad.

A young girl clad in white, known as Momo, wields a dull but gleaming scythe. A black cat with wings named Daniel accompanies her. She collects human souls and functions similarly to a "Death God" or "Shinigami." When she makes contact with human hearts, it brings about an atmosphere of compassion and sorrow.
