Kirito Kamui is a person who cannot be detected by any scanners or by the Dominators themselves. He aids and abets criminals, including Akira Kitazawa, with his ability to clarify their Hues. The reason why a dominator or a scanner could not detect him was because after a plane crash he was reconstructed in surgery with the remains of the other victims
