Homunculus

Nakoshi Susumu, a 34-year-old living in his car and spending time with the homeless, is approached by a medical student who wants to test trepanation on him. The student offers a large sum of money to participate in the experiment, which Nakoshi initially refuses. After his car is towed, he agrees to take the money and undergo the procedure. Initially, nothing changes, but Nakoshi soon notices his left eye sees something different—revealing a distorted homunculus within each person.
