A woman named Finé Hera consumes an illicit substance that causes her to crave blood, prompting her to make a deal with a striking, wolf-like figure known as Red Riding Hood. In exchange for assistance in managing her insatiable hunger, Red Riding Hood, also called Iris Redhood, provides her help at a cost. Together, they work as narcotics officers, pursuing the same drug that triggered Finé's transformation.
