Cat Ninden Teyandee

In a village resembling Japan called Little Tokyo, a group of animal characters live together. The town is governed by an Emperor who is no longer fit to rule, so a council manages the town's affairs. One council member, Seymour "Big" Cheese, has ambitions to seize control. In the town, the Pizza Cats operate a pizza restaurant, which serves as a front for their real duties. When threats arise, they are dispatched from a clock tower resembling a gun atop their restaurant to confront the danger.
