Shin-chan plays with Shiro and takes him for a walk. Shiro eats all the meat that was kept for dinner, leaving Misae and Shin-chan with nothing to eat. Hiroshi creates a dog house for Shiro, but Misae spoils it, so they buy a readymade dog house. Shin-chan becomes so engrossed in watching TV that he hardly eats his food. Misae tries to get Shin-chan to eat green peppers, but he refuses and gives them to Shiro instead. (Source: Wikipedia)
