EP 1Dark Revived
Abr 3, 2003It's Daisuke Niwa's 14th birthday and he's not having a good day. He tries to confesses his feelings to Risa Harada but finds out she only likes him as a friend. A student Satoshi Hiwatari oversees Daisuke using skills he's not supposed to have in order to unlock an electronic lock at school. When he challenges the training traps at his house, Daisuke transforms into the phantom thief Dark a black angel that has reside within the male members of the Niwa family for generations with the purpose of stealing cursed artworks. Daisuke learns he can't transform back into himself until he steals the Saint Tears statue tonight, and that becoming Dark is his destiny. EP 2Rekindled Feelings
Abr 10, 2003Daisuke/Dark’s next mission is to steal a bird relief that is atop of the Central Church. However, Risa, who has a crush on Dark, makes Daisuke promise to go with her to see Dark late at night. Once Dark obtains the relief, he challenges Daisuke to escape without Dark’s help, and the winner gets to do whatever he wants. EP 3Whisper of the Unicorn
Abr 17, 2003At school, Daisuke hears that some girls have mysteriously disappeared. Later that night, Riku gets frustrated with Risa’s constant infatuation with Dark, and retires to her room, only to disappear. Daisuke’s grandfather, Daiki, figures out that a Unicorn from a cursed painting may be kidnapping the town's girls and sends Daisuke out to seal the Unicorn. Daisuke tries to save Riku (and now Risa) without becoming Dark, but is stuck when he needs to use magic to enter the painting. EP 4Between Light and Darkness
Abr 24, 2003Satoshi Hiwatari is a genius child who goes to the same school as Daisuke, and also heads up the investigation to capture Dark. Satoshi suspects that Daisuke is Dark, and when Satoshi discovers Daisuke looking up his Alumnus Profile at school, he decides to test his theory. He sets up a trap that locks him and Daisuke in a chilled storage room, and he sets the locks so that even Daisuke can't break the code! Although Satoshi tries to force Dark to appear, Daisuke resists, and eventually Satoshi loses his composure and Krad, Dark’s enemy and “other self”, appears. Daisuke calls Dark and a battle ensues, with neither side winning. After the fight, Satoshi decides to leave school for a while to keep his distance from Daisuke. (Source: D.N.Angel Wiki)
EP 5Double Cooking
May 1, 2003With follows Daisuke to school on the same day as home-eco class. Because he has to spent his time having to keep With out of trouble, Daisuke ends up getting a detention with Risa. Risa, who has trouble cooking, gets Riku to switch with her and they both wear wigs and pretend to be each other. Daisuke thinks he's cured from his curse when his heart doesn't beat like mad over "Risa ". At the end of the day, not a single person notices that the twins have switched. EP 6St. White Memories
May 8, 2003Emiko's birthday is coming up and Daisuke isn't sure what to get her. Daisuke wants to buy a present... but his wallet is more than a little empty. He learns the story of how his mother and father meet, and how it was his mother's dream to be the mother of Dark. When he's still trying to come up with something, Dark makes a suggestion and they send out a warning notice to capture the heart of the "world's number one lady". Emiko, convinced the notice is a fake since she didn't send it herself, goes out to the roof to catch the fake Dark, but when the real Dark appears, Emiko gets her real birthday present: thanks from Dark for her wanting to be his mother, and a drawing from Daisuke. EP 7Adonis of the Promise Garden
May 15, 2003Ayaka Hatori, the popular girl in Daisuke's school, has been dating a handsome and mysterious guy, but Dark recognizes him as a spirit of an Adonis statue, whom he and Daisuke's grandfather had tried to seal some time ago. EP 8Menou's Warning Letter
May 22, 2003After a trip to the museum, Daisuke's grandfather sends out a warning notice that Dark will steal the Agate Links necklace. Takeshi Saehara goes to the museum to take a photo of it, but ends up photographing a mysterious girl he falls in love with. As promised, Dark goes to seal the necklace, but meets the girl who begs him for one more day. Dark agrees and that night, Daisuke's grandfather, Daiki Niwa, tells Daisuke about a girl he met when he was Dark, 40 years ago, Menou Kurashina. Daiki gave the Agate Link to her the day before she died and her spirit has been sealed in it, waiting for him for eternity. When Dark goes to steal the necklace the next day, Takeshi tries to stop him and Menou is touched by his kindness. May 29, 2003While out with Daisuke and Riku, With spots a floppy white rabbit at the local pet store and falls in love. He sneaks out to meet the rabbit again, but when With gets there, he finds out that she's been sold. EP 10The Portrait of a Certain Musician
Hun 5, 2003An acquaintance of Daiki Niwa passes away, and Daiki brings along Daisuke and Risa to the casket viewing. The person was Ehrlich von Vandembagu, a famous violinist. After the viewing, Daiki is presented with Ehrlich's violin, but as Daiki goes to sign some papers, Daisuke somehow gets near the violin and is sucked into the past. While Daisuke learns about the curse of the violin and Daiki's involvement, Daiki sends Dark to the past to try to rescue Daisuke before his soul gets consumed by the violin as well. Hul 17, 2003In this episode, Riku revisits her childhood memories after finding an old teddy-bear, a present from her grandmother, in her closet. Dark goes to steal a piece from the "haunted" Old Clover Mansion... which is where Riku lost her teddy-bear when she was younger. Riku remembers a young boy who had retrieved the toy from the mansion to give it back to her, and figures out later that it was in fact Daisuke. Risa also discovers a secret close to Dark's heart.
