Seven years after the conclusion of the first series, the Gunpla Battle Club at Seiho Academy is down to a single member, Hoshino Fumina, a third-year junior high student and club president. To compete in the upcoming All-Japan Gunpla Battle Championships, she needs to recruit two more participants. She meets Kamiki Sekai, a transfer student trained in Kenpo by his master, and together with Kousaka Yuuma, a young Gunpla builder, they begin their journey in the world of Gunpla Battles.
