Across the Lethe River lies the Boundary Realm, a place of perpetual night where the balance of the world's deaths is maintained by ghost messengers. The Black and White Warriors serve as these messengers, tasked with gathering spirits from the Human Realm. Among them are Xiaohei and Xiaobai, a pair of lower-ranking warriors whose bond grew complicated following an event within the One Hundred Ghost Great Seal. During this time, Xiaobai's true identity begins to emerge.
