Jolyne finds that only two inmates are left standing after the brawl in the Disciplinary Wing. F.F. arrives in time to fight against Kenzou, an elderly cult leader who possesses the Stand Dragon's Dream, which allows him to use feng shui to find the luckiest angles for his attacks or cause his opponent to suffer from bad luck. F.F. starts taking serious damages from the probability manipulation as a fan from the ceiling breaks and one of the blades slices off the top part of their head. (Source: Wikipedia)
