The second film in a trilogy marking the Gundam series' 40th anniversary and part of the "UC NexT 0100 Project," which explores the future of the Universal Century timeline. Hathaway is troubled by past experiences and becomes intrigued by Gigi Andalucia, a girl with unusual abilities that trigger his memories. Influenced by her enigmatic statements, he continues his preparations for Mafty's mission to attack the Adelaide Conference. At the same time, Kenneth Sleg from the Federation Forces is organizing a defense for the conference and a strategy to neutralize Mafty, until he receives a confidential offer from Handley Yoxon of the Criminal Police Organization.
