Mitsuami no Kamisama

A girl with pigtails lives alone in a small seaside house after a major disaster. Despite the world falling apart, she continues her daily routine, unaware of the turmoil among the household items around her. The clothespins argue, a pillow debates with an umbrella, and a new toothbrush struggles to interact politely with its older, silent counterparts. Questions arise about the purpose of objects—whether they exist only to be used until they are discarded or broken—and if they fear being thrown away once their usefulness ends.
