After a global nuclear war, the world is ruled by a strict World Empire that suppresses its people and forbids the possession of weapons. A resistance group secretly fights back using antique guns, which are treated as art. These guns manifest as beings known as "Musketeers," drawn to the group's determination. They battle against agents of the Empire, who wield modern weaponry. During these confrontations, the Musketeers activate a powerful form called "Absolute Noble" mode, enhancing their abilities and offering a glimmer of hope.
