Sakuragi's gang take part-time jobs among two rivaling beachside stands to earn the money to pay for the travel expenses to watch the National Championship Games, and learn the hard lesson of hard-earned money when they unwittingly waste their first paycheck and then have to earn it back several times fold when asked by their employers to help defend their stands against a typhoon strike.
