After recent incidents, there is a rift within the Kouhamei Sect. Ushio feels defeat and Kirio manages to gather members of the sect to his side. Tora also leaves Ushio, not being able to stand him acting so weak. Kirio pushes the appeal of the Elzaar Scythe as everyone can use it unlike the Beast Spear, and convinces followers that the Beast Spear is obsolete.
