Chitaro Ariga, leader of the school's Manga Research Club, kidnaps Rio Kamishiro in order to obtain Shark's "Number" card. The two face off in a Duel where Chitaro corners Shark with his "CXyz" monster. However, with a little help from Yuma, Shark is able to save Rio and make a comeback with "Shark Drake Veiss".
