G.G. Bond and his team have successfully eradicated all monster threats and now use a virtual reality simulator to maintain their readiness. During one session, G.G. Bond encounters his father, whom he does not recognize as the King of Darkness. The King of Darkness merges the virtual environment with the real world, blurring the line between simulation and reality. As the heroes struggle to distinguish between illusions and actual events, the King of Darkness launches an attack while they are disoriented.
