A teacher discovers the body of his former lover, and a young man suspects him of involvement in her death. In Tokyo, two childhood friends reunite and use their supernatural abilities to combat mystical criminals. A girl who is taken and presumed dead returns with a changed personality. A man named Seigo, who left his village for Tokyo to work and fight crime using unusual powers, is visited by his childhood friend Touma, who reminds him of his purpose. Another story follows a character named Kanako.
