After the conclusion of the initial Breath of Fire game, a new threat emerges as the Ice Dragons, a reclusive dragon clan, make their move. With the Dark Dragons defeated, the Ice Dragon clan seeks to fill the power vacuum by pursuing world domination. Nina must now find a way to respond to this growing danger, especially with Ryu having disappeared.
