Known as the "Shibuya Earthquake," the disaster results in 3,851 deaths and 30,927 injuries. In the aftermath, a series of unexplained deaths occur in Shibuya during the reconstruction period. These events coincide with the anniversary of a chaotic incident that took place six years earlier, drawing attention to a pattern dubbed the "Return of the New Generation Madness." The manga centers on Takuru Miyashiro and his friends as they investigate the events from six years prior to uncover their connection to the current occurrences.
