Check Mate

While walking home from school, Miruku and his friend Natsu are struck by a strange light. This light transforms Natsu into a squirrel. Shortly afterward, Miruku is nearly hit by falling debris and is transformed into a Black King. They become involved in an enigmatic conflict between the Black and White knights.
