Season Fairies use musical instruments to create and manage weather patterns. Sugar, a trainee Snow Fairy, along with her companions Salt and Pepper, aspires to become certified Season Fairies. To do so, they must locate and retrieve the "Twinkles," which have the power to cause their magical flowers to bloom.
