Chichi to Hige-Gorilla to Watashi

A six-year-old tomboy named Michiru is left heartbroken after her mother's death in an accident. Her father's large younger brother, Kouji, nicknamed "Beard Gorilla," moves in with them, causing initial discomfort. Over time, a close relationship forms between Michiru and Kouji, resembling that of siblings rather than niece and uncle.
