Dennou Coil

A girl named Yūko Okonogi relocates with her family to Daikoku City, a hub of technological innovation in a blended virtual and real environment. Eleven years have passed since the release of internet-connected augmented reality eyewear. Yūko joins her grandmother’s agency, which employs children using virtual tools and metatags to conduct investigations. She encounters Yūko Amasawa, a skilled hacker probing a mysterious computer virus originating from an unreachable corrupted area.
