Dokaben

A manga created by Shinji Mizushima, it was published in Weekly Shōnen Champion from April 1972 to March 1981 and adapted into an anime. Focusing on baseball, it became a major hit in Japan and is often considered one of the greatest sports manga, second only to Slam Dunk. The main character, Taro Yamada, enjoys eating dokaben, a type of bento box.
