A middle-schooler named Hiroshi accidentally crushes a frog against his shirt while running, but to his shock, the frog survives and can talk. The frog, nicknamed Pyonkichi, is a mischievous creature who brings trouble and chaos into Hiroshi's life and the lives of his friends. As a spirit residing on Hiroshi's shirt, Pyonkichi is eager to cause fun and unpredictable adventures.
