A student named Shinogawa Hiroshi leaves school after being influenced by tough individuals like Iguchi Tatsuya, who enforce their will through physical confrontation. Hiroshi associates with a group of troublemakers but lacks the ability to back up his bravado in actual fights. His friends, including Tatsuya, shield him when his talkative nature lands him in serious situations. However, tensions are rising among the city's gangs, and Hiroshi and his companions risk becoming entangled in the growing conflict.
