Futatsu no Spica

A thirteen-year-old girl named Asumi Kamogawa lives in a near-future Tokyo and gazes at the stars with a mix of sadness and hope. Her future may involve space travel, as she is among many young people aspiring to join Japan's first manned space mission. To qualify, Asumi must endure rigorous physical and mental challenges to earn a place at the exclusive Tokyo Space School.
