Gou: Himetachi no Sengoku

The 50th NHK Taiga drama centers on Gou, who became the wife of the second Tokugawa shogun, Hidetada. She was the third daughter of Azai Nagamasa, a daimyo whose wife was the sister of Oda Nobunaga. One of Gou's older sisters was married to Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and another was the wife of daimyo Kyogoku Takatsugu.
