GREAT HORSE

A detective known as "The Great Horse" returns from New York and is reassigned to Okonomiyaki as a lieutenant. He witnesses a man confronting a bank robber in a Ferrari, shooting him and pushing him into the sea. The man is revealed to be Soga Kenji, the detective. He is assigned to investigate a case involving gun smuggling.
