Himitsu no Tsuki

Tsugumi is a high school student who feels self-conscious about her ordinary looks and finds aspects of being female burdensome. One day, she discovers that her body can shift between becoming attractive men and women. The situation leads to a chaotic and humorous series of events involving romance and confusion.
