Towa and Setsuna, half-demon twins, are separated during a forest fire in feudal Japan. Towa stumbles into a mysterious tunnel that transports her to modern-day Japan, where she is raised by Sota Higurashi and his family. A decade later, the tunnel reopens, allowing Towa to reunite with Setsuna, who now works as a Demon Slayer for Kohaku. However, Setsuna has no memory of Towa. Alongside Moroha, the daughter of Inuyasha and Kagome, the three travel between eras in search of their lost past.
