Jiken Kisha Totoko!

A clumsy and inexperienced freshman reporter, Totoko, often finds herself in trouble due to her lack of skill and tendency to chase after suspects rather than focus on the story. Her ineptitude frequently causes problems for her coworker Iriya, who ends up dealing with the consequences. Meanwhile, a notorious thief is active in Tokyo, and Totoko somehow manages to get involved in the case despite her shortcomings.
