Ten years after DIO's death, Hol Horse resumes his mercenary work and takes on a job to find a missing parrot connected to the owner of a pet shop. He partners with Boingo for the task and travels to Morioh, where he encounters Josuke, who is still developing his Stand abilities, and Ryoko, Kakyoin's grieving cousin. All are troubled by visions of DIO and stalked by an unknown enemy. The group unites to uncover the mystery, which has unexpected links to the former user of The World.
