Kamichu!

Yurie Hitotsubashi is a middle school student in Onomichi, Japan, who is preoccupied with school and her feelings for a boy named Kenji. One day, she tells her friend Mitsue that she has become a goddess overnight. Another classmate, Matsuri, sees this as an opportunity to help her family’s struggling Shinto shrine by replacing the ineffective local deity, Yashima-sama, with Yurie. Matsuri believes this change could attract more visitors to the shrine. Yurie is now left to understand and manage her new powers. The story includes an additional chapter.
