Kimi ga Nozomu Eien

Takayuki Narumi initially becomes friends with Mitsuki Hayase due to her friendship with Haruka Suzumiya, who is infatuated with him. Over time, Takayuki, Mitsuki, and his friend Shinji Taira develop a close bond. Haruka eventually confesses her feelings to Takayuki, and he accepts her offer to date to avoid hurting her. As their relationship progresses, it becomes more intimate, while Takayuki and Mitsuki start to acknowledge their own growing emotions. A sudden tragedy disrupts the group, altering their lives permanently.
