Mamotte Shugogetten

A 14-year-old boy lives alone while his family travels internationally, only communicating through occasional letters and postcards. His quiet existence changes when he receives a magical ring from his father in China, from which emerges Shao Lin, a guardian angel tasked with protecting him from danger. Shao Lin has spent centuries confined within the ring and is unaware of modern life, often creating more issues than she resolves. The boy must now navigate life with this well-meaning but clueless angel by his side.
