A young man aspiring to become a well-known manga artist enrolls at Tokyo Manga Academy. As he begins his journey with a blend of excitement and nervousness, he meets a variety of unusual individuals. Among them is a former delinquent with a passion for Yaoi, an attractive yet harsh instructor, a high school girl who dramatically apologizes by collapsing to the floor, and an enthusiast of French history.
