A florist in New York City, Dan "Diamond" Loving, sells flowers to customers seeking romance. He is also involved in a secret relationship with Rock Melville, a wealthy and influential CEO. Rock owns a significant portion of the city, including Dan's shop, and his business obligations make it difficult for him to be available. While Dan enjoys the time they do spend together, he struggles with the inconsistency in their relationship. He wonders if he will always be a low priority in Rock's hectic life or if Rock will take the necessary steps to sustain their love.
