Mattanghan Sarin

A doctor becomes the victim of an attack and kills her assailant in self-defense. With the help of her husband, a detective, she disposes of the body and stages the death to appear as the work of a serial killer. However, the actual serial killer is aware of their actions and begins to force them into carrying out additional murders.
