Kinjiro Sakamachi is a seventeen-year-old boy with a severe fear of women, which causes occasional nosebleeds. His condition remains mostly manageable until he stumbles upon a surprising truth in the school restroom: the popular and handsome Konoe Subaru is actually female. This revelation leads to further complications when Kanade Suzutsuki, the principal's dominant and controlling daughter, takes it upon herself to ensure the secret remains hidden. She begins to harass Kinjiro while also attempting to treat his phobia. Whether her actions stem from genuine concern or a desire to torment him remains unclear. Either way, Kinjiro's life quickly deteriorates into a difficult and stressful ordeal.
