Mirai Keisatsu Urashiman

A young criminal evades police during a car chase and accidentally time travels to 2050 in Neo-Tokyo. He arrives with no memory and is soon hunted by both the police and a major criminal group, who believe he has gained supernatural abilities from his time jump. To survive, he agrees to work with the police, taking on the identity of Ryuu Urashima, known as Urashiman, a future law enforcement officer.
