A mage named Arcs Sheldart Elbayas faces a tribunal before a council and is sentenced to Earth in the form of a duck as retribution for his transgressions. He entrusts a cellphone called Magi-Mail to Ink Nijihara, enabling her transformation into a magical girl. With this power, she aims to tutor Nao-kun in English while drawing nearer to him and confronting the encroaching darkness from Arcs' original world.
