Natsu no Koshien

A girl named Natsuko was very athletic and played baseball in junior high before quitting after being rejected by her crush, Daichi. Later, when Daichi and the baseball team need an extra player to avoid forfeiting a game, they ask Natsuko to join temporarily. Unexpectedly, she remains with the team longer than planned. The material also contains two additional chapters and includes two one-shots titled "Miracle★Magic" and "Goodbye My Life."
